Shipping Times

Shipping will normally occur within 3 business days after payment has been received.
We are unable to fulfil orders outside of Australia on this platform.

We do not accept responsibility for lost delivery of orders where delivery details have been completed incorrectly by the customer. We do not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to issues with transport. However please contact us in these circumstances and we will investigate this with our shipping partners.

Please allow up to 10 business days if you are in Australia.

We will ship orders as quickly as possible from our warehouse in Melbourne. However, please allow extra delivery time if you are in rural or regional locations across Australia.
