REFUND POLICY
Refunds
In circumstances where stock is on backorder, we will advise the purchaser and either a refund or replacement will be offered.
Refunds are only available if the product is damaged and not suitable for consumption.
Please contact us in these circumstances and we will assist in arranging any returns (if required).
The product must not have been opened and must be returned to us in its original package.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of returned item being received by our warehouse.
All shipping costs for returns are at the cost of the customer.
CANCELLATION / RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Cancellation
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any orders once they have been processed and dispatched from our warehouse.
Returns
We can accept returns if the product is not as described. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind, or if the product has been tampered with in any way. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange products once they have been processed and despatched.
